Exhibition Calendar
Please register before 31 January 2011 (for your company's name to appear in the Final Announcement)
The completed Exhibition Registration Form must be submitted to the European Fuel Cell Forum AG together with a formal letter on company stationary signed by the exhibitor's management. Please indicate your choices for the booth location.
After receiving the completed Exhibition Registration Form we will assign the booth and invoice the exhibition fee. Payments are due within 30 days.
The registration will be confirmed after receipt of the payment!
Please observe the following dates:

| The names of the additional company
representatives have to be provided to the European Fuel Cell
Forum AG for inclusion in the List of Participants. |

For exhibitors from overseas: please ship exhibition material to Lucerne.

| Exhibitors should arrange their displays between 10:00 and 16:00 h. Exhibit and Conference Registration will be opened at 16:00 h. All participants of the EUROPEAN FUEL CELL FORUM 2011 as well as media and general public have free access to the exhibition from then on. The exhibition area will be closed and secured at night. |

| Exhibitors should remove their displays between 14:00 and 18:00 h.
Make sure the return of goods is organized and paid for. |
| Payment Schedule |
| The exhibition registration fee is due within 30 days of the date stated on the invoice. This coming conference is expected to draw much attention. Some companies have already pre-registered for the exhibition. Floor areas may be extended by joining adjacent booths. It is in the very interest of all exhibitors to register soon. Also, late registrants cannot be listed in the printed Final Announcement. |
