Tutorial Fee The fee for the optional Fuel Cell Tutorial covers the lectures with complete documentation of the four to five hour program, a business lunch and refreshments. You may register for the Tutorial without participating in the entire conference. Please indicate your choice on the Registration Form. Tutorial Fee 500 CHF (7.6% tax is included) Conference Fees All participants enjoy full conference privileges, but accompanying persons and guests are kindly asked to buy tickets for meals and social events at the registration desk. The European FUEL CELL FORUM 2010 will provide an excellent platform for job search or head hunting. Participants from industry and commerce will benefit from the student contribution. Swiss Surprise (optional) 120 CHF (7.6% tax is included) Tickets for the entertaining evening event "Swiss Surprise" on Wednesday (30 June 2010) night are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. As participation is limited to 100 persons, the event cannot be included in the conference fee, but tickets are sold as long as available. Cancellations of Registration Written cancellations of confirmed registrations should reach the European Fuel Cell Forum before 31 May 2010. Fees already paid will be refunded, except for a charge of 300 CHF to cover administrative expenses and the cost of the CD proceedings and the Conference Agenda. Both will be mailed to the registrant after the event. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 May 2010. But all withdrawing registrants will receive the CD-Proceedings and the Conference Agenda of the 8th EUROPEAN SOFC FORUM. Hotel Reservation Please use the online hotel reservation option .
